Preregistration

Preregistration is now required for each class. The new preregistration form is similar to the old sign-in procedure, including both the declaration of health and the waiver of liability. With noncontact preregistration (via email), we can optimize our class time.

I have made the decision to maintain a smaller class size limit for your fun and safety. The class maximum will be 12 participants with no minimum. Preregistration allows me to know when classes are full in advance so no one will be turned away at the door.

Priority is given to monthly pass holders who must preregister by 7 a.m. the day of class. Pending space availability, anyone wanting to drop in can preregister between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. the day of class. The number of open spots will be announced on the Facebook page.

Prepayment

In an effort to minimize contact, prepayment for passes or drop-ins is preferred. E-transfers can be sent to kiwadancefitness@gmail.com.

For those unable to do e-transfers, special arrangements to prepay can be made.

Reserve your spot on the dance floor

Once you request preregistration, you will receive an email with a Google Form to complete. This is your new sign-in authorization. Upon receipt of the completed form and payment is received and processed, your spot on the dance floor will be reserved.

Noncontact preregistration and prepayment is an added layer of safety for all of us and allows maximum class time. The house rules at all fitness and dance facilities are much stricter than they were 2 years ago, and we no longer have the time or ability to line up to sign in or pay for classes.
