By printing and signing this document, you acknowledge awareness that as a participant in group fitness classes you are participating in an activity that has inherent risks.
To make the class safer for you,
- When in doubt, move more slowly and with smaller range of motion than you typically do.
- Please be in charge of your own intensity level; all movements are suggestions, not requirements.
- If you have pre-existing injuries, please stay within your individual pain-free range of motion at all times.
- Take breaks as needed.
